Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ecofurnitures.com.au (the "Site"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

## 3. Product information
We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, and specifications are accurate. However:
- **Colours may vary slightly** from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors and lighting.
- **Natural materials** (timber, leather, fabric) will show natural variation — grain, tone, and texture may differ from the photos.
- **Dimensions** are shown in centimetres (cm) unless otherwise stated. Small variances may occur — we recommend allowing 1–2 cm tolerance when planning your space.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in product information, pricing, or availability at any time.

## 4. Prices and payment
- All prices on the Site are in **Australian dollars (AUD)** and **include GST** unless otherwise stated.
- Prices do **not include** delivery costs, which are calculated at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later services (Afterpay, Zip) where available.
- Full payment is required before dispatch. Backorder and pre-order items are charged at time of order.

## 5. Order acceptance
- Placing an order is an **offer to buy**. Your order is not accepted until we confirm dispatch by email.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.
- If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

## 6. Delivery
- Delivery is arranged and priced as described in our [Shipping Policy](/policies/shipping-policy).
- Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Redelivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed.

## 7. Assembly
**Ecolife does not provide assembly, installation, or set-up services.** All flat-pack furniture is shipped with assembly instructions and hardware included. Assembly is the customer's responsibility.

## 8. Returns, refunds, and warranty
- Returns and refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).
- Manufacturer warranty is described in our [Warranty Policy](/pages/warranty).
- Your rights under the **Australian Consumer Law** are not affected by these Terms.

## 9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including logos, photographs, product descriptions, videos, and design elements — is owned by Ecolife or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

## 10. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or performance.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to place orders.
