Orders & payment 5

Add the pieces you'd like to your cart, head to checkout, and pay securely with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Zip, Afterpay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Zip β€” flexible weekly or fortnightly repayments, eligibility checked at checkout

  • Google Pay β€” express checkout on supported devices

For trade and commercial orders we also accept direct bank transfer (EFT). All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes β€” within 24 hours of placing your order and before it leaves our warehouse, we can amend or cancel it for a full refund. After that we may need to process it as a return once it arrives. Email info@ecofurnitures.com.au with your order number and we'll move quickly.

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation immediately, a dispatch email within 1-3 business days with a tracking number, and a delivery-window notification 24-48 hours before arrival.

Every order ships with a GST-compliant tax invoice issued in the name on the order. Trade customers receive invoices to their registered business name and ABN.

Delivery & pickup 7

We deliver Australia-wide. Free metro shipping is included on orders over $499 to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth metro postcodes. Regional and rural rates are calculated at checkout based on size and distance.

In-stock items dispatch from our Laverton North warehouse within 1-2 working days. Custom or "on order" pieces can take up to 16 weeks to dispatch β€” we'll always confirm the timeline in your order email.

  • Melbourne Metro β€” typically delivered on day of dispatch (1-5 days)
  • VIC regional & interstate metro β€” 3-10 business days via partner courier
  • Other states & rural β€” 7-21 business days, route-dependent

For out-of-metro deliveries we're happy to provide the fastest possible timeframe β€” call 1300 31 02 31 for a quote.

Melbourne Metro: our in-house Ecolife Furniture Wholesaler delivery team handles every drop. We call, text, or email by 6pm the day before delivery to confirm a 3-hour timeslot. We deliver Mon-Fri and on Saturdays and Sundays where needed.

Outside Melbourne Metro & interstate: we use trusted partner couriers. You'll receive a tracking number when your item leaves our warehouse, and the courier will text or email before delivery. Interstate deliveries are door-to-door only (not into the property).

All deliveries require a signature on arrival, unless you instruct us otherwise (e.g. authority to leave at door).

Yes. Pickups are available from our Melbourne warehouse at 2/103 Fitzgerald Rd, Laverton North, by prior arrangement only. We require a minimum 12 hours' notice so we can have your order ready.

Showroom address: 101D Rear Fitzgerald Rd, Laverton North VIC 3026. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Saturday by appointment, Sunday closed. Call 1300 31 02 31 to arrange a pickup or showroom appointment.

Yes. If your confirmed delivery date no longer suits you, contact our customer service team or your showroom sales consultant at least 2 days before your original delivery date and we'll arrange an alternative.

Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a card with re-delivery instructions. Most carriers offer a free reschedule. If a second attempt is missed, a small re-delivery fee may apply β€” we'll always email you first.

Yes β€” and trade and project orders can be staged at our Laverton North warehouse and released to site in waves to align with your handover dates. Assembly 4

Yes. Every piece arrives flat-packed in a recyclable box, with all parts, fixings, and a hex-key included. Printed step-by-step instructions are in every box, and a digital version is downloadable from each product page.

Most pieces take 25-45 minutes for one person, no power tools required. A bed frame is typically a 2-person, 30-minute job. Coffee tables and nightstands are usually 15-20 minutes solo.

Yes. Add the assembly service at checkout (available in most metro postcodes). A two-person crew will deliver, unbox, assemble in your chosen room, and remove the packaging. Pricing is shown at checkout and varies by item count.

Email info@ecofurnitures.com.au with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll dispatch the replacement part free of charge from our Laverton North warehouse, usually within 1-3 business days.

Returns & trial 4

Yes β€” when our mattresses launch, every mattress will include a 100-night home trial. Sleep on it for 30 nights minimum (your body needs that long to adjust), and if it isn't right we'll arrange a free pickup and full refund.

You can return unopened, flat-packed furniture within 30 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Assembled or damaged-by-use items are not eligible. To start a return, email info@ecofurnitures.com.au with your order number.

We'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Depending on the issue we'll send replacement parts, swap the piece, or issue a full refund β€” at no cost to you. This is on top of your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom-finish, made-to-order, and special-order pieces are non-returnable except for manufacturing faults β€” they're built specifically for you. Standard catalogue items follow the 30-day return policy above.

Warranty & care 4

Every Ecofurniture piece is covered against structural defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (7 years on mattresses) from the date of purchase, when used in a normal residential setting. This includes frames, joinery, and fixings. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or fabric/finish marks from use.

Email warranty@ecofurnitures.com.au with your order number, the issue, and a photo. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps β€” usually a replacement part dispatched from Laverton North.

For most pieces: dust regularly with a dry microfibre cloth, wipe spills immediately, and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Keep timber and wraps out of direct sunlight to protect colour. Each product page has specific care instructions, and there's a printed care card in the box.

Our standard residential warranty applies to home use only. Commercial-grade specifications are available through our trade program β€” these include heavier-duty wraps, reinforced joinery, and a tailored commercial warranty. Apply for trade pricing to discuss.

Every piece in our range is designed under the supervision of Ecolife Furniture Wholesaler Pty Ltd and produced by our trusted OEM manufacturing partners across Southeast Asia β€” primarily Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, three of the world's largest and most established centres of quality furniture production.

Our exclusive in-house design line, Ecco & Bella Designs, is engineered specifically for modern Australian living: the new townhouse, the apartment, the SoHo-style unit β€” with a focus on storage, simple assembly, and elegant proportions.

Our pieces are built from a curated combination of metal, MDF, particle board, solid wood, and high-quality wraps β€” chosen for their durability, finish consistency, and value. The wrap finishes are scratch-resistant and colour-stable over time. Every piece passes our supervised QC at the manufacturing source before it ships.

All our shipping cartons are 100% recyclable cardboard. Internal protection uses recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible, and we've eliminated polystyrene from our standard packaging. Hardware bags are paper or recyclable plastic.

Trade & commercial 4

Yes. Our trade program offers tiered pricing from 15% off RRP for studio buyers up to wholesale container-direct pricing for resellers and 200+ unit programs. Apply on the trade page β€” most applications are approved within 2 business days.

Interior designers, architects, stylists, property developers (including Build-to-Rent), Airbnb and short-stay hosts, hospitality and accommodation operators, fit-out and construction companies, retirement and aged-care providers, and bricks-and-mortar or online furniture retailers. An ABN is required.

Yes β€” this is one of the things we do best. Project-tier trade orders can be staged at our Laverton North warehouse for up to 30 days at no charge, then released as a single coordinated delivery or in waves to match your construction handover. Cross-dock to site, in-room placement, and pre-assembly are available as add-ons.

Yes. Trade Project and Wholesale tiers include specification support β€” your dedicated trade specialist will work from your floor plans or unit mix to produce a fully-priced FF&E schedule, swatches, and tear sheets. Quotes lock in pricing for 30 days.

Showroom & pickup 3

Our showroom is at 101D Rear Fitzgerald Rd, Laverton North VIC 3026 β€” in Western Melbourne, about 20 minutes from the CBD. Pickups are dispatched from the warehouse next door at 2/103 Fitzgerald Rd, Laverton North VIC 3026. Please book in advance.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed. Please call 1300 31 02 31 to book a showroom appointment so a team member can show you the range.
